Sieber Amide Resin
This resin is useful for preparing peptide amides. Products can cleaved using 1% -2% TFA in
DCM. This resin, however, is less sterically hindered than Rink resin and thus allows for higher
loading in sterically demanding applications. This was illustrated in a reported synthesis of
secondary amides.
